Code of Business Conduct and Ethics

We are honest in how we describe what we can and cannot do. We under-claim rather than over-promise, we tell clients the truth about risks and trade-offs, and we do not misrepresent our services, our results, or our credentials.

We comply with the laws and regulations that apply to our business in the jurisdictions where we operate. This includes laws on data protection, employment, anti-bribery and anti-corruption, sanctions, and fair competition.

We do not offer, give, solicit, or accept bribes or improper payments to win business or influence a decision. This applies to dealings with private parties and public officials alike.

We avoid situations where personal interests conflict with our duties to clients or to the company, and we disclose any potential conflict so it can be managed properly.

We protect the confidential information and personal data of clients, candidates, and colleagues, and we use it only for the purposes for which it was shared, consistent with our Data Protection and Security Policy.

We treat people with respect and operate workplaces free from discrimination and harassment. We value the diversity of our people and hire and promote on merit.
