Corpshore US is led by an operating philosophy, not a roster of titles. Until the leadership team is formally announced, here is how the business is run and held accountable.
Leadership philosophy
Outsourcing fails most often not on capability but on accountability: decisions get lost across time zones, handoffs blur ownership, and no one is clearly answerable when something goes wrong. Corpshore US is led to prevent exactly that.
Every engagement has a named point of contact in North America who owns it end to end. Operational decisions are made close to the client, in your time zone and your language, and escalation paths are agreed at the start rather than improvised under pressure.
Compliance is not a separate department that gets consulted late. Operational decisions filter through documented compliance frameworks, HIPAA, CCPA, PCI DSS and Section 508 where they apply, so the right thing is the default rather than an afterthought.
Above all, the business is run to under-claim rather than over-claim. We publish only what we can stand behind, and we report honestly on performance, because that is what an accountable partner does.

Every engagement has a named point of contact in North America. There is no offshore handoff for decisions, and you always know who is answerable.

Operational decisions filter through documented compliance frameworks, so the compliant path is the default, not an exception.

Quality, training and tooling are reviewed on a regular cadence, and recurring issues are surfaced and fixed rather than absorbed.
Governance structure
Corpshore US (legally Corpshore Inc) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Corpshore Solutions Corporation, the global parent group headquartered in Toronto. The US entity operates under the parent group's governance, with North American management oversight of delivery.
Data governance, compliance and risk are managed at the operating level with documented, auditable controls, and the parent group provides the wider structure, oversight and the global delivery network behind every US engagement.
On named leadership
We have deliberately not published executive names, photos or biographies here. The leadership roster will be added when the team is formally announced and approved for public disclosure. Until then, engagement-level leadership is assigned at contract scoping, with a named North American point of contact for every client.
